Refund policy
Our Approach
We put significant care into accurately describing every item and packaging it securely. We expect the vast majority of orders to arrive exactly as described. If something genuinely isn't right, we'll address it — but please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inkforgetcg@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Singles — Condition Disputes
If you believe a single card has been inaccurately described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We'll review the claim and, if we agree there's a genuine discrepancy, offer a resolution. We take accurate descriptions seriously and stand behind our listings.
Sealed Product
Sealed product (booster boxes, starter decks, troves, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. The randomised nature of TCG sealed product means we cannot verify or accept returns on opened items under any circumstances.
Unopened sealed product may be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original factory-sealed condition. Return postage is at your expense and must be sent via a tracked service. We recommend insuring the parcel. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received and inspected.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to wait for delivery and request a return if applicable.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where a statutory right to cancellation applies, return postage is at the buyer's expense.
