Our promise on pricing
We want InkForge to be the place you trust to have everything you need, at a price that's fair. If our pricing doesn't reflect the wider market, we want to correct that — it's as important to us as it is to you.
Found the same product cheaper at another UK TCG retailer? We'll match their price.
How it works
- Find the same product listed at a lower price on another UK retailer's website.
- Email us at inkforgetcg@gmail.com with a link to the listing and your InkForge order number (or the product you'd like to order).
- We'll verify the price and apply the match — either as an adjusted price before you order, or a partial refund if you've already purchased.
What we match
We match prices from UK-based online TCG retailers with a live, publicly accessible listing. The product must be identical — same game, same set, same product type, same condition for singles.
What we don't match
- Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon third-party, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace)
- Cardmarket
- Auction listings or bidding sites
- Flash sales, clearance, or closing-down sales
- Out-of-stock listings
- International retailers
- Bulk or wholesale pricing not available to the general public
The competing listing must be in stock and available to purchase at the time we verify it. We reserve the right to decline a price match request at our discretion.
Why we do this
Our prices already account for careful packaging, tracked shipping over £50, and a returns policy that works. We believe that when you factor in the full experience — not just the number on the listing — InkForge offers genuine value.
But if a UK retailer is consistently beating us on price for the same product, that's something we want to know about and correct. Price matching isn't a concession — it's how we stay honest.
